FS: Seiko 6138-8039 "John Player Special"

Hi all,

For sale is this mint Seiko 6138-8039 also known as the "John Player Special". This is an outstanding example of this variant with the case still very sharp with all the factory lines intact. Dial is flawles, original with all the lumes intact and clean. Hands are original with original clean lumes. The caseback has "Sample" written on it. From google search, this could be a sample Seiko salesmen were bringing to show stores and customers.

Movement is very clean. Watch runs normally, accuracy is good. Power reserve is normal. Chrono function works. It resets to zero (the reset button doesn't give a sure click, you have to keep your thumb pressing it to return it to zero). Definitely not a deal breaker. Shipped head only (no original bracelet but will include a nato strap and an AM bracelet it came with).

Asking USD 800 delivered anywhere in the world using EMS (not insured. I can ship it insured at additional cost), paypal fee included.

Let me know if interested.

Thanks,

Haris
