Patek Philippe #5034J Travel-Time manual wind strapwatch. 18K yellow gold, white dial with black Arabic numbers and black hands.
The second time zone hand is gold in order to distinguish it from the regular hands. This watch has a small seconds dial and a small 24 hour dial.
The watch case is 34mm, not including the crown or the second time zone pushers.
The leather band is a genuine black alligator Patek Philippe band with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe tang buckle.
This watch is as close to new as possible considering that it has been worn a few times.
This watch are the 24 hour secondary dial and the way the second time zone hand is adjusted. One of the pushers on the side of the case opposite the crown advances the second time zone hand exactly one hour each time it is pressed.
The other pusher moves the second time zone hand backward exactly one hour each time it is pressed.
