Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. WTB: Abercombie & Fitch Seafarer / Heuer Mareographe (2446C)

Looking to buy an Abercrombie & Fitch Seafarer or Heuer Mareographe.

Offering $15,000 USD for a *nice* 2446C Seafarer, negotiable if you have something in outstanding condition or a rarer model, of course.

[1] Reference 2446C strongly preferred, but will also consider references 2444(2nd iteration), 2446, 2447
[2] No box or papers required, but these are welcome
[3] Needs to have excellent dial condition with minimal patina
(More tolerant of subdial damage than main dial damage; this specimen represents the limit of what I consider acceptable: http://www.sothebys.com/en/auctions/ecatalogue/lot.17.9X325.html/2018/important-watches-ge1804)
[4] Preferably the case has neither signs of over-polishing nor dents deeper than 0.5-1mm. I am fairly tolerant of superficial case and bezel damage from normal wear, being able to source a mint condition bezel on my own.

I can provide excellent references and expect the same of any prospective seller, expect significant due diligence before money and watch change hands!

Cheers
