Found at last, many thanks to UK collector.
After tens of years of searching for a bezel I found this site and its' many enthusiasts and now my watch is whole again. Great, great site.
At time of posting the watch is on its' way to Abel for restoration and D.C. is going to document the work and post it on his site. It could be by end of month if I'm really lucky.
