FS: Omega Seamaster "Anakin Skywalker"

This watch is an Omega Seamaster originally launched in 1970 with a Reference 145.0023. It is nicknamed by collectors the “Anakin Skywalker.” It has a 44.5mm cushion shaped stainless steel case that is coated in tungsten to give a very hard surface. The dial is black with grey and white tachymetre tracks. There are three registers for the chronograph feature which are in black and red . This unusual timepiece comes on an Omega stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp. It is powered by the Calibre 861 17 jewel “27 CHRO C12” manual wind movement . A unique feature about this watch is that the movement is suspended between two o-rings in a separate container within the case in order to provide for extra shock protection. This watch is in very good original condition. This watch is for sale for $4950.00.
