Rare 1939 Omega Telemeter Chronograph 33.3 CHRO in Stunning Condition
Up for sale is a completely original 33.3 Chronograph with 9 million serial number dating it to 1939.
Stunning big oversized 38mm case. A splendid and massive Omega watch for its day, and a good size by todays standards.
Large snapback circular steel case with very sharp defined edges. Not polished at all from studying it's lines.

A lovely pair of original oval style pushers which are very crisp to press.
Crown is riveted and original. Stem and crown set have a slight bend but winds perfectly well (agreed not to have any parts replaced as its all in original condition.)
Silvered dial aged to a nice cream colour with numerals printed and inner slide rule, red telemeter scale and outer blue five minute divisions. And tachometer scale. Slight wear near 10 position on the dial Manual winding movement Cal. 33.3 CHRO.
Has just been serviced. Running extremely well. Watchmaker noted some wear to lower balance pivot, not critical, but important to disclose. New crystal fitted. Buttery wind and very crisp chrono strart:stop:reset. See video (mp4 - 4th one down)
Prices for these range between 10k and 15k dollars at noted auction houses. I feel this is below the current market value for such a uncommon Omega.
