Please see our ChronoTrader Policies and Terms of Use. Learn more about How To Include Photos In Your Postings.

Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Purchased off eBay a few years ago. Doesn't get much attention and I'm looking to pick up a new piece so it's time to let it go.

When I picked it up it was in a bit of a state, but I have replaced the crown, pushers and chapter ring (which was missing entirely) with NOS parts, added the rally strap/reissue buckle from Squinky, and had the Val. 7730 movement fully serviced (December 2012) so it's running great. All functions working as intended. I keep it regularly wound so it gets its exercise. The hands were relumed at service but not the dial. Serial and Reference #s are clearly visible.

The dial has some spotting on the left register, and some smaller spotting between the 6 and 8 markers. Also, starting at 11 through 3, the chapter ring doesn't sit dead flush with the dial. This is very minor, but I'm trying to be as picky as possible here. It also looks like the case has been polished at least once in its life but not extremely so. Photos are the best description, but if you'd like to see something specific please ask. Please forgive my mediocre photography skills, BTW. Here is a link to the gallery:

I am asking $2,250 for the watch. Paypal is OK if the buyer covers the 3% fees. I would VASTLY prefer CONUS deals unless you can provide a reliable and safe international shipping method. Assuming I get my asking price I'll include CONUS shipping. If I do ship internationally I will have to check prices. Please do not be offended if I ask for references, and I would be happy to provide some as well. I have purchased (but not sold) on Chronotrader before and I have bought and sold on eBay for 10+ years with no issues.

Thanks for reading, and to Jeff and CT for the space.
