Up for sale today my 980.004 Heuer diver all original, bought from a fellow forum member on 23th June last year.
Case: Overall very good condition light scratches commensurate with age looks to have never been polished.
Bezel: Original bezel and insert with a bit of a ding at the 40 marker and a few minor scratches.
Crown: Unsigned original screw down crown
Caseback: In overall very good condition, some light scratches commensurate with age, model number etc clearly visible looks to have never been polished.
Dial: Beautiful original dial no blemishes whatsoever and nicely aged yellowish patina to the indices.
Hands: Again original hands no cracking to the lume and nicely aged patina matching the indices.
Movement: Original movement which has not been tested for accuracy but keeps good time.
Service history is unknown
Strap / Bracelet: As shown in the pictures the watch will come with the non original vintage period correct tapered stainless steel bracelet that matches the watch quite well and which will fit a 7 1/2" wrist. I will also throw in one on the pictured rubber Tropic style straps.
I am looking for $500 /£330 for this honest watch and shipping will be DHL actual cost (normally around $35).
