FS: Rare vintage military watch, Heuer dial - Valjoux 7750, £49

Beautiful vintage stainless steel military aviator chronograph powered by Valjoux 7750 movement.
Basically the same as the Heuer Montreal 750.503N (circa 1977-82)
Extremely rare watch, with similar watch used by the Swiss guards of the Vatican.

The automatic movement is working well and the watch keeps good time, all sub dials on reset are working as they should, it has a day/date function in French.
The dial is lovely, the lume markers showing their age with a beautiful patina, which is matched by the faded central chrono hand that had developed a pinky-orange color. It really does look fantastic. Unfortunately the hands are no longer luminous.
Familiar to milwatch collectors, the broad arrow or Pheon symbol is featured on the dial, which identifies military property.
War Department or Ministry of Defence.
Minor age-related marking to the casing.

Mineral crystal with no scratches or chipping.
Tiny Mark on the crown, does not affect functionality.
Generally, a beautiful vintage watch is very good used condition.
No issues at all.
Diameter of the watch 41 mm without crown, 45 mm lug to lug.
Thickness: 15mm (Crystal to Case Back)- Massive.
Weight: 132 grams
Swiss Made

Chrono-automatic
Inca bloc
Water resistant
All stainless steel

Comes with the original pictured bracelet, Tropic strap not included.
