Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. A rare Omega Cal 320 Chronograph, Circa 1960s
Dial and hands: Original black dial with applied Omega logo. Lume plots on the dial have aged perfectly and have a beautiful even patina which sets off really nicely against the black dial. 60 second counter on the outer ring of the dial. Dial is in great condition except for a whitish mark around the 6 o'clock marker (see pictures). Hands have some age to them and seem similar to the Omega speedmasters (except chrono).
Movement: Lemania movement base with column wheel (renamed Omega 320). Sets and winds well. Chronograph functions perfectly and resets to 12.
Case: 36mm diameter case (excluding crown), slight wear, with flat rectangular pushers. Case in great condition, really sharp lugs, see pictures attached.
Strap: 1 black 18mm leather strap and 1 old beads of rice bracelet
Accessories: Omega box
A rare and honest Omega cal 320 chronograph. To find a watch with a black dial in this condition in my opinion is difficult. The watch was serviced about 1 year ago and is keeping good time. The chronograph works and resets to 12.
I have tried taking photos under different light conditions to highlight not only the beauty of the watch but all flaws as well.
