: This watch is a patinated beauty in my opinion- definitely one
: that's hard to let go- selling reluctantly only to make room for
: incomings.

: Plexi: has some light spotting and scratches as pictured, the most
: significant (though shallow and minor in my opinion) one at 3
: o'clock, but no fractures - has a nice curve at the edges, seems
: like it is original to the watch.

: Dial: marked VANTAGE 17 JEWELS T SWISS MADE T. White dial with
: black registers, aka "panda". Dial has patina and some
: spots from time, some crusty-looking stuff at the periphery
: where it meets the case, and some darkening on the luminescence
: (markers glow under UV light). Hands are original and in good
: shape.

: Back is marked STAINLESS STEEL SWISS (outside) and J-R GORGERAT
: 24145 (inside)

: Movement: the venerable valjoux 7733 workhorse. movement marked
: STANDARD TIME CORP 449 UNADJUSTED SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS 7733 (see
: under balance). It winds, sets and runs. Keeping great time.
: Chronograph functions properly (including pushers) and resets
: correctly (and crisply!).

: Case: Case has wear from use as pictured. It has sharp edges and
: seems to me that it has not been polished. Measures 37mm without
: crown, 40mm including the crown, and 43mm lug to lug. 19mm lug
: width.

: Sold without strap.
