Vintage Croton Chronograph in great vintage condition
Excellent "Panda" dial with applied markers, circa 1970s.
Stainless Steel Case with original signed crown. Hadley Roma kevlar strap, black w/white stitching.
Big & Chunky wrist presence with a cool '70s vibe!
Dial & Hands : Highly desirable "Panda" dial with the original-finish in great vintage condition. Stainless steel hour/minute/sweep chrono hands, all correct. Stainless steel dial furniture. All of the dial text & markings are in clear and unfaded condition.
Case: Very good stainless steel case in excellent vintage condition with normal signs of wear - please review the pictures and judge for yourself. Serial number and case back markings are clearly visible to the naked eye. Highly distinctive rectangular case. 44mm lug to lug, 36mm w/out crown, 39mm with, and 15mm thick. Wears very large.
Movement: Valjoux 7730, a durable workhorse movement used by many fine Swiss brands of the era. Running well and keeping accurate time. All functions working as they should. Service history is not known, and a service is recommended.
