FS: Heuer Autavia 11630 MH with GF BOR bracelets

Hi friends,

Next up for sale is my very mint 11630 MH. This is one of Heuer's most striking Autavia. The orange black combination is simply psychedelic. This particular model is from the 1974 chronograph catalog. 11630 MH are not difficult to find but not many are in this mint condition especially with the original Gay Freres BOR bracelet with HLF Links.

Case is in original untouched condition with the original soft sunburst graining very clearly visible.
The original 45 degrees bevels alongside the case are super nice and even. I would even say the case looks like its straight out from the factory.

To me, the dial is perfect with all the original lume on hands and hour markers. The lume has that ultra creamy color you will only see on untouched Autavias.
All the orange accents on dial and hands are super bright. The racing stripes on the minute register have their stunning original orange color. Most of the other 11630 MH I have seen have really badly faded ones. This orange color that this watch carries is simply loud I would say.

Mechanically the watch is in perfect condition, keeping good time, good power reserve, chronograph working and resetting as it should. Pushers sound very crisp.

Stewart from Heuerville has written an extensive coverage on the watch. You can read up on the watch in the link below.

Links about the bracelets has been covered in this forum as well. The link is below.
Beads of rice are in excellent condition and very shiny. Bracelet is at full length with 18 links without the end links. 2 of the beads are lost at one of the links near the head of the watch . You can see it in the pictures I have attached.

Please shoot me any questions regarding the watch. This informal auction will end next Monday. You can bid for the head of the watch or the bracelet or both. I would try not to sell the bracelet and the watch head separately.

Thank you

Erik
