FS: Alpina Seastrong 10 Super Compressor Diver *LINK*

I have had the luck to acquire not one but two grail watches in the past few weeks, so some babies must go to new homes.

Up for sale is this Alpina 10 Super Compressor. It is the vintage version of the Alpina which was just re-issued at Baselworld.

More information on this watch here: http://www.wrist-candy.net/alpina-super-compressor/

Photos here: https://goo.gl/photos/T6ZUcU5EbYWH1Zm17

Case: Looks unpolished (or if so, only very lightly), lugs are sharp, both crowns are intact with the distinctive hatch markings
Dial: A beautiful linen silver finish, some light marks consistent with age
Hands: Original. I originally thought they might have been relumed, but many examples of the same watch I have found online seem to have a similarly pristine lume?
Inner Bezel: Please note that the inner bezel seems to be a replacement. As far as I can tell, the original bezel should only have the "15-30-45" markings, whereas this one has "10-20-30..." etc. It seems to me this was likely a replacement (before my time, and as far as I could ascertain from the previous owner, also before theirs). The part appears to have been taken from a Hamilton super compressor or similar, as Hamilton has a vintage super compressor which also uses the same or similar case. The bezel rotates well by the second crown. The price reflects this replacement.
Movement: Clean and working.

As this is a private sale, no returns.

Payment by PayPal (family and friends, or add a 4% service charge).

Asking price: $850. (Note that the one and only other example of this I was able to find online is asking EUR1200).

Any questions please ask.

Thanks CT for the space and thanks for looking!

Rachel
