Wonderful 1979 Tudor Big Block: she checks all the boxes with her dial: rare, desirable & highly collectible - "Tudor Only" dial, thin font "Auto Chrono Time", beautiful silver sunburst finish with contrasting stepped black sub registers & painted frame date window. She also checks all the boxes with the case - Rolex Everything: Rolex Big Block Case, Rolex Case Back, Rolex bracelet, Rolex clasp, crown & pushers. She also appears to be all original - hands, dial, case, bezel - all match in coloring & wear. With her panda dial she is appropriately nicknamed the "Reasonable Daytona" as she shares so many styling cues of the legendary Rolex Daytona 6265. Previous owner says she was fully serviced in mid-year 2015 & I have no reason to believe otherwise. Her Valjoux 7750 operates crisp & all Chrono functions snap back to zero as they should. Her date wheel is also crisp and the numerals center nicely in the date window. I own a Longines with a 7750 & wish she operated as crisp as this one. She does have a little dink at just under 90 on the bezel & has the expected "wear" on case & bracelet from use - in my opinion there are no "major" flaws whatsoever & I would categorize her as "excellent" - check pics & judge for yourself.
