This forum is for BUYING, SELLING and TRADING only--not for discussing watches. Please limit postings to specific ads for buying, selling or trading watches, parts or accessories that that match at least one of the following categories:

Please see our ChronoTrader Policies and Terms of Use. Learn more about How To Include Photos In Your Postings.

Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Commercial dealers are limited to three unique posts per day. [More...]

FS: Vintage Omega Speedmaster 105.012-66CB

Omega Speedmaster 105.012-66CB is on the block.

Case: The case is in great shape, with sharp bevels on top of the lugs (the hallmark of CB cases from 1966 only). Surface scratches exist on the sides, as is typical with any watch that's not been subjected to numerous polishing wheels over the years.

Dial: Stepped dial is in good shape. All lume plots are intact and exhibit nice, even patina. A few of the plots have had tritium flake off in small amounts, but the actual hue of the patina makes it very hard to tell (especially when on the wrist).

Hands: The hands exhibit matching lume and are cosmetically perfect.

Movement: The movement is in great shape and all functions work crisply and correctly. Service history is unknown, however, and the watch is sold as-is...as such, a service is recommended. Serial is 25,448,XXX and is shown in the pictures.

Bezel: Bezel shows nice fade with correct dot-over-ninety orientation.

Strap: The watch will be sold head-only. If a strap is required, I will include a used leather NATO strap.

My price is $9,000 or best offer. Payment via PayPal (add 3% if using PP) or direct bank wire (strongly preferred). US sale preferred, international sales will pay the cost of shipping. Face-to-face in Chicago is also welcome for local buyers. Finally, I have plenty of references available as a buyer and seller that I can provide if necessary.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions to bazamuwatches@gmail.com or through Instagram to @bazamu. More pictures can be made available by request.
