This Seiko chronograph flyback is rarely found for sale. Here with me, is an all original, very collectible and good condition Seiko 7017-6020 speedtimer.
Manafactured in May 1970, this rare piece was kept by the previous japanese owner for more than 10 over years, and did not had much wrist time, therefore there is no history on any service. Definitely needing a service as time accuracy is off for this 46 year old!
Case has super crisp case lines and with brushed top, fairly shiny sides and no major dings or marks and is in fantastic shape (Please see pics). Crystal glass is pretty clear from any scratches. Bezel is reasonably in good condition too. Chrono reset is slightly one marker off from 12.
The kanji day adjustment is very unique..it's done by just pressing, and without pulling out the crown. Day/Date adjustment is by pulling out once (turn clockwise or anti-clockwise) to adjust, and pull out twice to adjust the time.
The internal bezel rotates perfectly from left to right by just turning the crown, clockwise or anti-clockwise...very amusing on this.
Last but not least this come with a good-size original bracelet prinited Seiko 5 sports logo on it.
