FS: Omega Speedmaster Mark 2 Racing dial

Reference: 145.014
Serial: 309937##
Movement: Omega 861 (Moonwatch caliber)
Diameter: 42mm
Year: 1970
Condition: 6/10 (Used)
Price: €1495

Dial: Very nicely faded original mark 2 racing dial in near mint condition.

Case: Very thick case which might even be “unpolished” . Although it has some scratches you can still see the original sunburst finishing. Crystal however has a few nasty scars and nees to be replaced. Crystal can be found for $50.

Hands: Original faded racing hands.

Movement: Movement looks clean and runs and winds smooth. I have timed it at -13sec. However the small chrono hand at 6 o’clock does not reset to zero. The big chrono hand does. Might be a minor thing however service history is unknown.

Bracelet: The bracelet is the 1159/154 bracelet which is correct for this watch. However the clasp has been replaced with one from a 1039 bracelet. These bracelets belonged to the pre-moon speedies. is a complete 1159 bracelet including 154 endlinks on ebay now for $150. When you sell the 1039 clasp and buy a 1159 clasp you will definitely earn a few honderd euro.

Price €1595 when payed by wire including insured shipment in the EU.

Please contact me if you are from somewhere else.

Returns accepted when not Omega otherwise no refunds. Please ask questions in advance. Plenty of references can be provided.
