I am selling this stunning Heuer Autavia 1163MH, Mark3, also commonly referred to as the "Derek Bell".
The watch has all the original part and has never been overhauled.
So case is unpolished, dial and hands still have the original tritium in an incredible nice condition and all the parts are original.
The watch as just been completely serviced by my watchmaker ( 230 euros ).

Dial and hands are the best elements on this watch.
I have seen some Autavia 1163MH in the past years, so I am used seeing some good watches ( and less good ).
First thing that struck me on this watch was the condition of the dial.
It's absolutely perfect ( spots you would see are in the plexi ), the original lume of the hands and hour markers is the best I have seen.
I included some pictures under UV light where you can see the lume is completely original and in perfect condition.
What's more the subdials are perfectly white with no stains at all. That is pretty hard to find.

Case is unpolished, I can guarantee that. It has some superficial hairline scratches.
Nothing deep and no nicks. The sunburst effect in the upper case is just great and the bevelled edges very sharp and even alongside the case.
( not too small, not too wide or uneven )
Both serial and model number ( 1163 ) are super sharp.

MH bezel is in very good condition, not perfect but still very good.
Original plexi is in very good condition with just a very small nick in the edge between 20 and 25.

Mechanically the watch is working 100%. It has just been completely serviced by my watchmaker, so it's good for many years.

I would like to remind you that this watch has very little to do with the later Heuer Autavia 1163 Viceroy.
The movement is the very wanted Calibre 11. Hands are polished steel with black inserts and the hour recorder has 3,6,9 and 12.
What's more this reference is much rarer than the 1163 Viceroy.

I am pricing this watch really very competitive since I have two and this one can go.
I am pretty sure it's impossible to find one in a comparable condition at this price.
