FS: Universal Genève Space-Compax 2nd generation ref. 885104/02 *PIC*

Hi fellows,

I'm selling my 2nd generation Universal Genève Space-Compax, ref. 885104/02:

Here is a honest, most probably untouched, example of this very rare iconic watch.

The asymmetric case is 42.1 mm wide including the crown. The diameter of the bezel measures 37.5 mm, height 14.8 mm, lug width 20 mm.

The condition of the case is very good with only a few signs of wear. The bezel shows a few small dents. The original U-signed crystal has got some light scratches which do not disturb the look. The original hands and needles are not perfectly clean but are looking good.

The case back lets you only guess the reference and serial numbers.

The signed screwed down crown and the rubber pushers are working perfectly.

The characteristic curves of the case are perfectly conserved.

The correct movement — Universal Genève cal. 85, i.e. Valjoux cal. 72 — looks clean and will look even better after my watchmaker's service which is included.

This piece comes head only, movement service included.

The watch is located in Germany/EC. I'm inviting offers around € 13,000, payment by wire transfer, no Paypal.

Cheers,

Mick

Please note, that the wrist shots were taken in April 2015, the documentary photos a few days ago.
