FS: Omega Constellation Pie Pan 168.004 -1966- Serviced/warranty

Dear Chronotrader Readers,

Up for sale today my Omega Constellation reference 168.004 Pie Pan which dated from June 1966.

As you will see on the pictures the watch is totally original and in a state that I will Qualify as collector : A real beauty on your wrist !!

This is the very rare and desirable "Jumbo Size" because of its unusual diameter of 36 mm without crown.

The NOS plexi has the logo Omega in its center (see photo n°4/5) and much more unusual of the famous cyclops reserved for this model.

Dial as new, featuring Gold indexes and Omega logo embossed in relief while the gold "dauphine" needles do not suffer any criticism and are in perfect harmony with the whole.

Superb box bottom decorated with the famous "dome of the observatory of Geneva" in pure gold.

Quintuple signature on: movement, dial, plexi, crown and buckle !!

The caliber is the renowned Omega 561 automatic, certified Chronometer, 24 jewels, adjustment on 5 positions and temperature, and having a power reserve of 50h.

This one has undergone a complete overhaul by my watchmaker certified "Omega vintage" group Swatch, and benefits from a total guarantee of 1 year from 5 August 2016.
The dater is in semi-automatic operation: it is enough to position the hour hand at 9 am and at midnight the date automatically passes. The operation is to be renewed as necessary for a date setting.

Finally the bracelet is a Teju brand new Fleurus adorned with a very beautiful steel buckle with the logo of the brand in inclusion (reference to the inclusion of the dome on the back box).

It is certainly, by its state, a very good opportunity to integrate in its collection the iconic Omega Constellation Pie Pan!
