Re: FS: Civilian Benrus #3061 worn by McQueen in Bullitt

This is the very rare civilian version of military Benrus DTU / A2P
used during the Viet Nam war.

This watch is described by and as being the watch worn by Steve McQueen in the legendary Bullitt Movie

Unlike the military Benrus, this one is very rare as I have only seen 2 of them since now. One belongs to editor of and you can read the full story of this watch here :

Civilian version :

Military version :

: It differs from military Benrus in different points :
: Steel shinny case (not mat parkerized)
: Painted red tip on second hand
: Benrus signature on the dial
: Tritium lumed index numbers

What you have to know :
Some printing on the dial is faded / missing between 2 and 4 o’clock
The watch is keeping correct time as expected from a vintage watch
but as I don’t know it's service history, the watch is sold as not serviced
Diameter of the case without the crown is 34mm
The watch has an Hamilton signed crown
The watch comes with a used military strap and 2 new replacement plexi
The watch is located in France

I am asking 600 euros (PayPal to a friend) + 35 euros DHL worldwide shipping

Questions ? Please write me at :

Thank you ChronoTrader !
