FS: Vintage Belgian AirForce Issued Chronograph by Pontiac /VJ22

This is a piece I'd thought I'd never sell but hey priorities change.

I cannot stress enough how rare this watch is. It is a military-issued Chronograph with Valjoux 22 adorned with Cotes de Geneve finnisage and Anti-magnetic soft-metal inner case by Pontiac. The case is presumeably made by the famous Spillman casemakers.

Caseback reads the military engraving:

6B/234 (NATO number for a chronograph watch)
F. Aé (Force Aérienne) / L.M. (LuchtMacht) [Air Force in French and Dutch]
51 (Year of production) - 125 (serial)

The Belgian Airforce famously made use of 3 makers.
Post WWII ; Pontiac Late-Colonial Congo period; Heuer And afterwards they came back to Pontiac in the early 1970s.

Pictures do tell more than a 1000 words ofcourse.

Conditions of sale

I am NOT a professional watch seller and these watches are part of my private collection. Every watch is described to the best of my ablities. The watches are in running condition unless otherwise stated. I consider the pictures part of the description and do not accept refunds. I always recommend a service for vintage watches with no service history and as such i cannot guarantee the timekeeping of these pieces. Please ask any questions beforehand and I will try to answer them. Cheers
