FS: 1967 Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.012 Cal. 321

Here we have a great, well cared for example of one of the most legendary watches ever made, the Omega Speedmaster Professional, powered by the Caliber 321 movement.

This Speedmaster comes on a Forstner Komfit adjustable mesh bracelet, a very similar precursor to the JB Champion bracelets the Apollo astronauts have been pictured wearing. The original Forstner box also accompanies the bracelet.

This watch is largely original, with all correct parts save a freshly installed OEM Omega hesalite crystal. It's been serviced within the past year and is ready to wear on the Komfit bracelet or new vintage style leather strap.

Take a look at the photos and our condition description below:

Case: Stainless steel case in excellent vintage condition with thick lugs, bright polished areas and extremely crisp edges all around. The case appears to never have been polished. Crown is original with the skinny Omega logo.

Bezel: Original dot over 90 bezel in very good condition as pictured with some moderate wear and fading.

Dial/Hands: Dial is original with long markers, an applied logo and wide "T SWISS T" spacing. The hour markers are intact with the exception of a small portion on the 12 marker and are very attractive with an even patina. The hands are also original with a matching patina.

Caseback: Original 145.012-67 caseback in good condition as pictured. The engravings have worn a bit over time but are still easily visible.

Crystal: Newly replaced OEM Omega acrylic crystal free of marks.

Movement: Caliber 321 manual wound chronograph movement. Watch is running great with smooth winding and chrono operation. All functions work as they should including chronograph start, stop, and return to zero. 26.5 million serial number dates production to 1967. Watch was serviced within the last year by the previous owner.

Bracelet/Strap: A vintage Forstner Komfit adjustable mesh bracelet and anew vintage style leather strap are included. The Komfit is the precursor to the now incredibly desirable JB Champion mesh bracelets worn by a number of the Apollo astronauts. The bracelet is in excellent condition with a tight clasp. The original box for the bracelet is also included.

Accessories: None, sold as watch only.
