Hi guys,
Decided to part with this Angelus.
You probably have already know how rare this is, especially in steel case. Probably not more than 4 or so have surfaced on the mainstream internet. They are usually in gold tone case. This is in a steel 34mm case. Wears large due to its very slim bezel.
Usually moonphase chronograph has that "unsightly" date hand which kinda obstruct the dial, but not in this case (or that Patek 1518!), where this guy has a cool double date, which is the first in the world (way before Lange Datograph). Watch is made somewhere in the 40s, and its a first of its kind.
Watch works and all calendar function well. All correctors works perfect too. Chronograph start stop reset all ok, but the minute counter currently is not working. I realized that from the movement, the center chrono wheel did not push the counter hand and perhaps needs adjusting? Chroonograph parts are generic, so long as it is a caliber 25X, so you can probably find parts to swap if need to. But other than that, all function and keeps great time.
I am asking for USD 9,500 shipped, and I will include the ultra cool beads bracelet with the watch. Bank wire only and please email me at reficul_x AT yahoo DOT com
Fedex worldwide.
