Re: FS: Omega Speedmaster Mark II - serviced, extract, 1st O

Just a point of clarification, thanks to a question from a reader...

: It's an all-original Omega Speedmaster Mark II 145.014, serviced in
: March 2014 and (according to the extract of the archives) was
: originally produced on 1st October 1974.

It's all original in the sense that all the major components are original, ie the hands, dial, movement, case, bracelet... but the crystal, pushers and crown were replaced in the last service (as they are all service items).

I don't know if the watch has ever been refinished; I suspect it must have been, as it's almost completely unmarked and the sunburst finish is as crisp as a NOS watch would be.
I know it wasn't refinished in 2014, and if it had been done before then, it was done exceptionally well. I have another Mk II that I had refinished at STS, and this watch is as good or better than that one...
