It is a two owner watch originally bougth and owned by a airplane pilot.
The watch is in nice original condition, everything works as it should, it would possibly benefit from a cleaning service due to long storage.
This watch has never been offered before to the best of my knowledge.
case: stainless steel screw back case with 38,5mm diameter, signed: Ed. Heuer Co Swiss, 2923 and numbered: 673XX
numbers clearly readable not reengraved.
very sharp edges and bevels, doesnt look to have been polished.
movement: Heuer Valjoux 72C, signed and numbered: 503XXX
dial and hands: signed Heuer, beautiful llltwo tone silvered dial with arabic luminious numbers (they dont glow any more), blue scale of date, small irrgegular pitting in surface, some very smal discolourations in silver turning a little bit into a light grey or light brown color, visible scratches are on the glass not on the dial
original hands with original luminious (glow a little bit under black ligth), some small signs of surface rust.
Push buttons and winding crown seem to be original as well.
