FS: Angelus 215 black dial chrono

Hey guys,

I am selling this rare Angelus chronograph. Rare because it has the very early Angelus logo style (no trapez) and the very low serial number of 164.090. That makes this watch possibly one of the earliest Angelus 215 chronos, build in 1934.
The dial is in great shape, nice deep black, shiny in the light. The hands seems to be original but painted. The case is 35mm large and in good shape. The movement is running strong, but the minute counter is not resetting to zero. Starting, stopping and resetting works fine.
I got the watch from a watchmaker estate, where the watch was stored in a drawer for the last 30 years at least. The watch comes on a new, great black leather strap.

Because it has a beautiful black dial and this is one of the earliest Angelus chronos (I haven't seen a second one with this logo, but its confirmed by Angelus literature) I'd like to hear offers north of 1.500€ or your best realistic offer.
If you have questions, feel free to ask: doorgunner@gmx.de

Thanks and cheers,
Nico
