Merry Christmas friends!
I am taking advantage of this week, and taking photos of watches and parts that I am open to departing with, so let's get some of these listed, and hopefully something is of use to someone.
Up for sale here is a beautiful 35mm Mido Multi CenterChrono Project Watch. It has a Caliber 1300 movement, that I believe is missing one part that is above the bridge, which I believe is the only part missing to complete the watch. But please review the photos for more details..
As you can see, the serial on the case lugs and inside caseback are matching, so that is a big plus, and the condition of the rose gold plating is really nice. Overall, this is a great watch, and with some effort to locate the missing part, you will have a very nice watch for a fraction of what these normally sell for.
Those that are no familiar with this specific Mido, here is a quote from an article on HODINKEE about these Mido Multicenterchrono:
"...The waterproof case is actually the second distinguishing feature of this Mido. It was manufactured by the famous casemaker François Borgel (later Taubert Frères), also known for its work on Patek's first waterproof chronograph, the reference 1463, which offers the very same sunburst pushers..."
I have no idea how to price this, so not sure if I'm asking too much or too little! LOL!
Price: $1600 USD or OBO
I have a ton of photos, and you can see them all here:
I will post a few pictures below, but if you need to see more detailed photos, please use the link above.
I am located in Los Angeles, but am able to ship from EU if you prefer. References are available on request.
Thanks Jeff and CT for the space!
