A Question about These Cases
In Response To: imitation casings ()

Ron:

You wrote, "There was a standholder offering new cases for certain Heuers ( Montreal,Carrera, Autavia) incl. dials. Quality was good."

Were these fake / reproduction cases exact copies of the originals or are they some of these strange shapes and sizes that we have been seeing on ebay (typically offered from Australia or Canada and stated to be prototypes)? If we can detect by the shapes / sizes, that is less bothersome. If they are trying to make exact copies of the originals, that makes it tougher for us.

Thanks for the report.

Jeff
