Once again, you have to wonder what companies like Bonhams contribute to the vintage watch community, other than misinformation and greed. Nonsense like this is one of the reasons that many collectors are afraid to venture into the world of vintage watches.

Well done, over at Fratello . . . amazing that the community of collectors can know so much more, and have so much more integrity, than the so-called experts.
