I do not recognize any element of this watch as having been made by Heuer, so I conclude that the watch is a fake.

Perhaps the clearest "telltale" is the marking on the movement. I have looked at a lot of watches from the 1930s through 1960s, but cannot recall seeing this sort of marking.
