I Don't Recognize Any Part as Genuine Heuer; Many Questions

I don't recognize any part of this watch as being genuine (i.e., made by or for Heuer).

In fact, many of the markings or telltales are simply incorrect / wrong for Heuer chronographs of this period.

The Valjoux 22 movement could be correct, as the very early ones were not marked "Heuer", but there is absolutely no reason to think that the movement is from a Heuer chronograph (as many brands used this movement).
