Re: Jo Siffert's Monaco
In Response To: Re: Jo Siffert's Monaco ()

Hi Billy,

i have had many dealings with Werner and bought rather too many Heuers from him.

i can not recomend him highly enough. every transaction has been perfect and the condition of the watch has always been better than he has suggested. on one occasion i bought a blue dial Silverstone from that he said was in excellent condition, when it arrived it had the original heuer sticker on the back and had clearly never been worn.

i think, if he says your Monaco belonged to Jo Siffert, then it did.

as kav says, why not ask Werner if he could come up with any paperwork, or even write you a letter stating it as fact.

incedently, what model is your Monaco?

Bruce
