my autavia has one wild

Hi,

From one day to the other my 1965 Autavia seems to have gone wild. The one day it kept perfect time, now it's running nearly 45 minutes fast per 24 hrs.Nothing happened with it in between. It didn't drop or whatever. The only thing I may have done with it is wind it up.
(Also the weather here has turned very cold lately. I read somewhere that that may influence the operation of older mechanicalclocks and watches).

Does anybody know what could have happened? It has been serviced less than a year ago by a qualified heuer dealer. And, what's the function of the "+/- adapter" in the mechanical part of the watch?

Ron
