Automatic Autavia -- Bezel Should "Click"
In Response To: Need help with Autavia bezel.. ()

All the automatic Autavias have a ratcheting / clicking bezel. The later ones are uni-directional; most of them are bi-directional; all of them "click".

Maybe someone can suggest how it happened; how to repair . . . but I can confirm that if it is an automatic Autavia, it should be clicking.

: Took my 1163V to get the case cleaned up and
: when I got it back from my watchmaker the
: bezel felt strange, it is smooth. I thought
: I remembered it ratcheting or clicking now I
: am not sure. Can anyone clear this up for
: me? Thanks.
