New Carrera

Hello Everyone, I know this is not a forum for new watches but I have a simple question (I hope) and from reading this forum for a little while it seems you guys really know watches, and possibly know where I can ask this question in a more appropiate forum.

I recently purchased a brand new Carrera model WV2116. I didn't noticed this when I purchased it but after I got it home I noticed the Twin-Time hand is about 20 minutes off. Since The Twin-Time hand only adjustes hourly (it kinda jumpes an hour at a time). I can't seem to get the time correct on this hand and its really bothering me. Should I take it back as a defect. Will my shop just send it out to get fixed. Or the option I would prefer, is there a special time of the day or something like that that I should be setting this hand so its correct.

I will also attempt to post a pic. But I cant promise anything.

Thanks in advance for all your help.
