Either this türd doesn't have a Small Second Register (at 12 o'clock) or it doesn't have a Minute Register (at 12 o'clock)! The resemblence to the Monaco is strained at best, I'm not ever sure it's even a modestly credible fake! Like many efforts I've seen it doesn't even pass the 10 foot test... I could tell someone with certainty it's a fake from 10 feet away.
