"Hans" & Repair : Question

I think I have seen many references to overhauls/repairs by "Hans at Heuer"...what is the best way to get a watch repaired by him?

Is there a way to send directly or should I go thru the local TAG-Heuer representative and ask them to send it to Switzerland?
