Clébar chronograph (probably off topic)

I wast just reading the "poor man's Heuers" section, and learned that Heuer also made watches for Clébar. Sometime ago I bought one of those of Ebay, because I liked the looks, and the price was low. I've been trying to find information on this brand, but that's not easy. Could this be one that is made by Heuer? Does anyone know where I might find information on the Clébar brand? Unfortunately it's impossible for me to get the back of, it's very tight and I don't have the right tool. Thanks for reading my first post on this forum.

Clebar, Zodiac and Heuer
That case looks more like an O&W case to me...
Thanks. *NM*
