How about a "Mac" version. I use GraphicConverter to do a similar thing. I open a new blank image of the appropriate screen dimension then paste and size from whatever pics I have. I have a bunch of single and composite watch pics used as both desktops and a screensaver that change periodicaly. Let me know if you want to see some that I have created from the material you so graciously scanned last year and more.
