model indication needed! *PIC*

I have this chronograph heuer, oval shaped chrono buttons, 33mm in diameter. The movement is unsigned, probably Hahn 13.

I'd like to know more about this one. Any suggestions on indicating date, model, and its rarity would be appreciate.
