Clebar, possible poor men's Heuer...

Sometime ago I posted a picture of my Clebar chronograph with the question if this could possibly be a "poor men's Heuer". In the mean time I have opened it up, and found it contains a Landeron 248 movement which is signed Clebar. So far nothing to suggest that Heuer had anything to do with it.
By chance (well not really, I spend to much time there) I found a vintage Heuer chronograph on Ebay that looks more then a little like my Clebar. There are some obvious differences, the dial being the biggest, but there are also many similarities. The case looks identical, in spite of a different caseback, and is also rated as 20 atm waterproof. The movement could also be a Landeron 248, but I don't know if Heuer ever used this. It has a turning bezel that is slightly different, but looks to have the same model and size. The style of the dial and hands is very similar. The dial of the Heuer has applied hour markers judging by the picture, and the edge of the dial is angled upwards. The dial of my Clebar is flat, and the markers are pressed. Undoubtedly this is a lot cheaper to produce. I know this doesn't prove much, but I guess my Clebar could be a cheaper version of the original Heuer (assuming that it is Original).
