Heuer push pieces for cal 11 Autavia

whilst shooting a pile of diamond encrusted watches a few months back i happened to notice that the Tag Heuer Alter Ego (a small ladies quartz watch) had a crown that seemed identical in profile to the Autavia's chronograph stop/start/reset push pieces.

obviously the watch belonged to LVM so i was not in a position to visit one of the many local watch repairers and have them take it apart (I work in Clerkenwell which is the watchmaking centre in London)

does anyone know if these fit or can be made to fit as the original pushers are not easy to come by?
