It looks genuine to me... the typo on the registers and the swiss near date is consistent with the early dials.
Should be interesting also the 'Singer' typo on the back, if squared or rounded.

Heuer produced both 1163 T and MH with Chronomatic dial, so why not both 1153 N and S?
