1970s Monaco with white dial?

Hello ,

There's a vintage Monaco offered on the internet with a white dial. Is this a genuine one or a so-called "Frankenwatch" ( great terminology!) I have never seen one like this before.Unfortunately the photo is not very clear so it is difficult to study the details of the dial and see whether it is typical Heuer.
