Unfortunately, these type of sellers are all too common. They know little and refuse to believe that what they have is incorrect.
At the very least, you have documented evidence that you have informed the seller that the watch is not 100% original, so if he sells it, and the buyer finds this thread, he will be able to return the watch.

I applaud your persistence and I am tempted to drop the seller a line too - but I'll just get the same treatment.
