How about the acronym W.A.T.C.H.
Watch Afficianodo, Tags and Classic Heuers: Early this morning (Atlanta time), there was a debate raging on
: I thought that it might be interesting to solicit the views of our
: vintage Heuer community on this critically important subject.
: What do you think of the term “WIS”? Do you use it / abhor
: it / ignore it? Just because we like to discuss and explore
: watches, are we “nerds” or “geeks”? Oddly enough, nerds
: are said to be “in” right now; not so sure about geeks. Are
: we better off sticking with more neutral terms, like
: “enthusiast” or “collectors”? Why does any of this
: matter, other than the screaming need for a Twitter hash-tag to
: serve as a rallying point? Also, to the extent that the Twitter
: folks may want to express themselves in more than 140 character
: messages, they can feel free to share their thoughts on this
: forum (although this debate may have already run its course,
: among the 140 character debate society).
