Hi I bought a similar one, might be the same earlier this week.

It's the emblem of the UAE special forces, known as special operations group it then became the special operations command and changed logo.

I only found out as a friend of mine sells helicopters to the UAE and his boss was given one years back. Their uniform patch is a two tone brown one.
