My first Carrera 3647n

Hello everyone,

I've been check this Forum daily since a year ago. It's a great place to learn All the knowledge and story about vintage heuers.

I am so happy Today that i received my first Carrera 3647 N, with SN 66526.
But it seems like a bit work required to make it beautiful again.( it was a good price for this semi project watch.... :)
Now I have few questions for all the heuer pros down here, and hope I can get some reply.

1, does Carrera 3647 have any marking between besides serial number?
2, what type of crown it should be on this Carrera? Signed or non signed?
3, how big is the original crown? In mm? ( the one on the watch seems in really bad shape)
4, how hard to get another lock ring with 1/5 marking...

Thanks everyone !!!!

Still don't know how to post pic on here. :(
